Refund & Exchange Policy

At Buksaa, every bag is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. While we do not accept returns, we’re happy to assist with exchanges in case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivery.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item has been delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Share clear photos and/or videos of the defect or incorrect product along with your order details
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging
  • All tags must be intact

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or an equivalent replacement, subject to availability.

Please Note

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • Natural variations in leather grain, texture, colour, and markings are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, exposure to water, heat, chemicals, or incorrect storage is not covered under this policy

How to Initiate an Exchange

Please email our customer support team with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue
